Enable Travis for Doris

Hi all

I intent to enable Travis CI for Doris.

In the future, we can rely on Travis CI to update our official website, on
the one hand to avoid untimely website updates, and on the other hand, to
avoid unnecessary manual labor.

If there is no objections, I will submit an operation application on Apache
INFRA Jira.

Thanks,
Zhao Chun

I agreed. I've tried to use GitHub action for CI, but it takes almost 1 hours...

Hi

I think we should not visit Travis CI frequently. After we configure it, it
will be the default build in the background.
Because Doris currently takes too long to compile, this time i intent to
update website automatic on Travis CI.
As for compilation and regression testing, we can add them later.

Thanks,
Zhao Chun

Hi:
The access of TravisCI in China is very slow, and we need to confirm whether the compilation speed and performance of TravisCI meet the requirements.
