Protocol error

Hi,
I've got a problem, hope that anybody can help me :-) I installed  postgresql and pgadmin I work with php java bridge and use tomcat as a back end

And now I get such an error message in tomcat: (after installing  postgresql and pgadmin )
protocol error: , Invalid document end at col 16. 
What can be the cause of this error and how can I solve this problem?
P.S. I use Windows XP, apache tomcat 6.0
