state of play...?

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/tika/trunk/ seems a little
light codewise. are we still waiting for some code drops?

I wouldn't call it an argument, just a friendly debate :)

Jukka, I am tending to agree with you on this one. I will still continue to
be vigilant about reviewing the code that goes into SVN (as we all should I
think), however, at the same time, I will back off on my strict approach to
the trunk, and my +1 for getting some source in there, even in a sandbox
fashion. I am still trying to carve out some time to work on TIKA-6, and
review TIKA-7, however it's definitely on my near-term radar.

Thanks, and apologies if I made everyone weary of contributing code to the
trunk. ;)

Cheers,
  Chris

We have some code in the issue tracker, but we got into an argument on
whether it's OK to put it in trunk or perhaps in some separate sandbox
before the "official" Tika architecture and design is in place.

Everyone, I would recommend that we just treat trunk as the sandbox
for now and not keep a too high barrier for incoming code.
