Windows 7 image creation fails

Hi,
My Windows 7 image keeps failing with the below error but I am not sure where to look to resolve this. I did select "no sysprep" during image creation and my image does not require any driver additional driver installs. Do drivers need to be in place on the management node even though I don't require them?
