TinkerPop /current URL

Mr Kuppitz just made a quite straightforward change to our documentation
publishing system that has allowed us to offer a static URL to our latest
documentation. So rather than having to explicitly specify the version as
with:

http://tinkerpop.apache.org/docs/3.2.0-incubating/reference/

we can instead do:

http://tinkerpop.apache.org/docs/current/reference/

Note that /current will always point at the latest official version of
TinkerPop which is currently 3.2.0-incubating.
