Are you using Logstash? If so, have you tried [GelfLayout|http://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/layouts.html#GELFLayout] and [Logstash's GELF input|https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/plugins-inputs-gelf.html]?
If not, can you describe your use case?
