[Bug 2936] New: Spam is getting through spamc/spamd

For the past week 20-30 spam emails a day have been getting throught
spamassassin. When I save the messages and run spamc -R they all rate above 5
because of the "header contains too many raw characters" rule. However, the
X-SPAM-STATUS header of the actual message does not show this rule as firing.
