Tapestry 3 to Tapestry 4 migration

Hi,
First of all commendable work on creating the .xsl file for converting
or rather migrating tapestry 3 application to 4.

Using a java file I have been able to use this xsl to tranform the files
but in the new files generated the first two line namely xml version and
the doctype is missing. Can I know if I doing anything wrong or should I
have to do it explicitly.
