Is 1.1.4 official?
It seems like the release process has been stalled a bit in all of these
discussions over procedures. Is the official release still going to be
posted this weekend?

Not sure why but a bunch of committers have sent me their signatures
privately. I just need someone with access to subversion.tigris.org to upload
the new .asc files. -- justin
