   Utilities#GetMacAddress() may return null in some situations.
   
   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   Invoke Utilities#GetMacAddress()
   
   ### What Did You Expect to See?
   
   In any situation, a valid MAC address can be obtained.
   
   ### What Did You See Instead?
   
   a null mac address is returned.
   
   ### Additional Context
