## Description:
The mission of Apache SkyWalking is the creation and maintenance of
software
related to application performance management and monitoring (APM)

## Issues:
There is no issue.

## Membership Data:
Apache SkyWalking was founded 2019-04-17 (3 years ago)
There are currently 51 committers and 29 PMC members in this project.
The Committer-to-PMC ratio is roughly 7:4.

Community changes, past quarter:
- No new PMC members. Last addition was Kai Wan on 2021-09-30.
- Qiang Li was added as committer on 2021-11-30
- Rei Shimizu was added as committer on 2022-01-01
- Yihao Chen was added as committer on 2021-11-04

skywalking-rust is back to maintain by new committer, Rei Shimizu
