RevalidatingDOMParser

I'm trying to use the RevalidatingDOMParser in the 1.1.3 release.  The 
RevalidatingDOMParser class is not in xerces.jar.  I also looked in the tool 
jars and it wasn't there.  Is this class still available.

I'm sorry if this question has been asked, but the mailing list archives are 
down today.
