Website failures
Jon, do you know anything about this?
Look in commits@datasketches.apache.org for "Buildbot failure in on
pelican_websites".
Also: https://ci2.apache.org/#/builders/3/builds/295.
Something is messing up the website build due to some python stuff stored
in the tmp/ folder.

Whatever pelican is, the error appears to be this line:
Exception: You need to specify a path containing the content (see
pelican --help for more information)
I know nothing about pelican and little more about python, but the
command it's trying to run looks like there's an output directory
specified with -o but nothing given as input.
