Error message from cron: No such file or directory: /nightly_mass_check

Syncing nightly_mass_check
rsync: change_dir "/nightly_mass_check" (in tagged_builds) failed: No such file or directory (2)
rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors) (code 23) at main.c(1536)
[Receiver=3.0.9]
ERROR: rsync/svn failed in some way, aborting...

SVN issues at ASF is disrupting commits, RuleQA, NightlyMass Checks, etc.

SVN at ASF is undergoing emergency maintenance.  Nightly Mass checks, 
commits, ruleQA, etc. is all interrupted.
