[FLINK-9063] Fix SpillableSubpartitionTest testSpillFinishedBufferConsumers
testSpillFinishedBufferConsumers was incorrectly manually closing the BufferConsumer
after passing it's ownership to the ResultSubpartition. This was leading to a race
conditions with AsynchronousBufferFileWriter.
This is a change in tests that improves stability.
