NoClassDefFound when running testit.sh for samples

Hello,

I am using tomcat 3.2* to deploy my soap services. When try to run the
testit.sh on my linux 2.4 kernal(I do not know whether it matters or
not), I am getting the following error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/soap/server/ServiceManagerClient

I verified whether the particular class is present in the soap.jar or
not. It is present and it is in my (.bashrc)shell path


Any help is appreciated.
