The issue continues with Pocket Notes PWI files from Windows Mobile 6.5, on
attempted open by OpenOffice 4.0.0. On simply attempting to open a PWI file
with only text contents (no ink or audio), I get a response:

Title: OpenOffice 4.0.0
General Error.
General input/output error.

Since I was getting a similar response in 3.3.0, I uninstalled it and installed
4.0.0, with all options enabled, including the mobile convertors.

Interesting that a ticket for a confirmed bug needs to sit idle for 4 1/2 years
before it gets reassigned...
