Unicode utf-8, utf8, UTF8, UTF-8

Hi,

Is there any difference from utf-8, utf8, UTF8, UTF-8? Is case
and - important?

Can we use the exchangeable in below statements:

<%@ page contentType="text/html; charset=utf-8" %>

and

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>
