Apache copyright notice question (probably for a mentor)

How do I change the copyright that asc prints out for Apache?

Now:

./asc currently prints out

ActionScript 3.0 for AVM+
version 1.0 build cyclone
Copyright (c) 2003-2007 Adobe Systems Incorporated
Copyright (c) 1998-2003 Mountain View Compiler Company
All rights reserved

Usage: .....

Does the entire Apache license template, below, have to print out?
