Location of ValidationMessages.properties

Hi,

Before I committed the last time, ValidationMessages.properties was in
src/main/java and was not picked up by maven. To make the tests pass, I
moved it into src/main/resources. My question is, was it placed into
src/main/java intentionally? If so, I believe pom.xml has to be updated
to look into src/main/java for resources.

Nope, an accident.
