[jira] Created: (MNG-3611) allow to pass in location of global settings file to maven cli

allow to pass in location of global settings file to maven cli
--------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: MNG-3611
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-3611
             Project: Maven 2
          Issue Type: New Feature
            Reporter: Eugene Kuleshov

It would be useful to be able to pass in location of the global settings file (i.e. <maven home>/conf/settings.xml) to MavenCli, similar how it is done for user's settings with -s command line option
