Possibilty to escape # in Entities reference.

Hello,

I am creating a XSL-stylesheet for transforming a page into WML.
Some entities in WML start with # (example: nbsp = &#160;). If I want to use
these entities in my own WMLEntities.ent file, I have to be able to escape #
with something like "\#". 

My suggestion is to add this feature to the CharInfo class.
