it's arrived and been registered (Eric Keith MacAdie has now been
added to the CLAs section of
http://people.apache.org/~jim/committers.html)

now we just need to know your confluence user name. if you haven't
signed up yet, it's linked from (for example)
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/JAMES/Index.
