Struts Validator

Dear Sir:

Did you use the struts-validator.war from v1.1 b1? I put this file under
C:\jakarta-tomcat-4.0-b6\webapps, then run doNormal.bat. I got error
messages like

[ERROR] ActionServlet - Parsing error processing resource path
/WEB-INF/struts-config.xml.

Can you help? Thanks.
