CVSup and apache-apr

Could someone add apache-apr to the cvs-all collection, and/or make an
apache-apr collection?

I notice that modjs is also available only via the snapshots. Is that
intentional?

apache-apr and mojs now have their own CVSup collections, as well as being
part of cvs-all now.
