> During the fix HBASE-24605 (Break long region names in the web UI) the 'word break' rule was applied to the 'table-striped' style, so literally, all tables in Master Web UI were affected. The most noticeable is the 'User Tables' when table names, as well as descriptions, and even State are wrapped in a very ugly way.

> 1. Fix the user tables only as it was done previously for the procedures table
