Breadcrumbs
How do I remove breadcrumbs?
How do I change the shape of the tabs?
(I think I will start a FAQ)

Same as removing the menu.
XSL:
<xsl:apply-templates select="xhtml:div[@id = 'breadcrumb']"/>
XMAP:
<map:part src="cocoon://navigation/{2}/{3}/breadcrumb/{5}.xml"/>
Without the XSL line, the breadcrumbs are not placed on the Page.
Without the XMAP line, the breadcrumbs are not generated (and cannot
be placed anywhere.)
