[modperl_docs] template.pm absent

Hi

when trying to build modperldocs
with bin\build from modperl_docs directory after the required pl2bat operations,

there is an error message

can't find termplate.pm in @INC

in fact this file seems to be absent of the distribution.

You need to install the prerequisites. They are reported when you 
install DocSet, currently available only from here: 
http://www.apache.org/~stas/
