   Apologies about the late response but I've been on vacation.
   
   I moved these docs to https://github.com/apache/incubator-pekko-site/wiki/Manual-Publishing to avoid the negative feedback. These are docs are a temporary solution while we come up with a better one. I prefer the numbering that I already have because it makes it easier to add more repos to the notes (there are at least 10 more to be added).
