   ## What
   
   `gen-tools.mjs` reads each tool's `**MCP:** <server> (mcp__prefix__*)`
   README marker as the source of truth for the Tools page "Wraps an MCP"
   filter, falling back to the `labels-and-capabilities` MCP table for any
   tool not yet carrying the marker.
   
   ## Why
   
   Pairs with apache/magpie introducing the per-tool `**MCP:**` marker. The
   site should read per-tool metadata rather than re-parsing a prose table, so
   each tool's "wraps an MCP" fact lives next to the tool.
   
   ## Safety
   
   Pure source-of-truth migration: until the markers land in apache/magpie
   `main`, `mcpOf()` returns null and the table fallback reproduces the current
   classification exactly, so the generated `tools.json` is unchanged. Parser
   unit-checked against all four markers.
   
   ## Depends on
   
   apache/magpie — "docs(tools): add `**MCP:**` marker to MCP-wrapper tools".
