Update on releasing

I am planning to close 2.5.15 RC0 and 2.6.6 RC0 votes this evening and
complete the 2.5.15 and 2.6.6 releases. My thanks to all who have tested
and voted on these candidates thus far. These are time sensitive.

A new release candidate for hbase-thirdparty 4.1.14 RC0 is available for
voting. After thirdparty 4.1.14 releases, additional changes will land in
2.5 and 2.6 and new releases will follow after that. This is not time
sensitive.
