VCL with esx

I am not sure if I am posting to the correct mailing list, but anyway, I
noticed the file esx.README in vcl/lib/VCL/Module/Provisioning.  Is this the
correct way of setting up the management node to communicate with an esx
box?  Are there any additional steps that must be taken?
