Subversion 1.3.0 Windows packages?

I'm getting a few mails from users, wondering when the binary packages for
win32 will be available. Who usually does this? Is this a work in progress,
or should I be pinging someone?

Do you intend to link it with neon 0.25.x or 0.24.x?
If you use neon 0.25.x, you should apply my patch, otherwise you can end
up in an endless loop.

Brane,

Have you seen some of the Neon/SSPI issues that Stefan King has posted?
You should probably either apply his patch or undefine HAVE_SSPI when
doing the Neon build.

This is probably the most relevant post:

You can't compile "official unofficial" releases with VS 2005, because
the resulting binaries aren't compatible with Apache releases.

I'll roll the Windows binary package today.

I have MS VisualStudio 2005 and most likely can compile/build releases.
If there were instructions on how to package them I would be glad to do
 so.

Brane has usually built the binary zip in the past. It seems like Ben
Collins-Sussman might have, too. I'm not sure who does the installer
anymore.

I might be able to get VC6 and all the other pieces (gettext, swig,
etc) installed to build the binaries zip this coming weekend if no one
else can. I'm not sure what's involved for the installer, though.
