Similar to 'Wall Time Limit' in Create Experiment please indicate the captured 'Queue Max Run Time' in Queue is in 'Minutes'.

Also in this field decimals and minus values should be restricted. Currently minus values are taken as valid entries.
For a invalid entry a meaningful message/tooltip should be prompted.
