[jira] Created: (DBF-12) Support the DJVU (déjà vu) file format for output too.

Support the DJVU (déjà vu) file format for output too.
------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: DBF-12
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DBF-12
             Project: DocBook Framework
          Issue Type: New Feature
            Reporter: Joseph Schmidt

Please add support for generating DJVU files too.

djvu is an open source alternative to PDF that is much faster and smaller:
http://djvu.org/

and it is widely used in the Academic space.

George Stan commented on DBF-12:
--------------------------------

Yes, please add Deja Vu file generation to Velocity DBF.
This would bring DBF many new users, since DocBook is much easier to use than LaTex.

> Support the DJVU (déjà vu) file format for output too.
