Struts vs WebLogic WebFlow and InputProcessors?

Does anyone have any thoughts on how the WebFlow and InputProcessor
architecture introduced in the new version of BEA's WebLogic Commerce
server relates to Struts?

At first glance, there seems to some similaritys, at least conceptually,
between the two.

Are both products competing for the same space?

What would make one better than the other? Struts seems to have better
internationalization (but that's not important to me), XML for
configuration, which is nice, and a whole mailing list of people
familiar with it. What does the WebLogic approach have? Does it have
anything that Struts could learn from?
