HIVE-8600 : Add option to log explain output for query

When diagnosing issues, it is useful to have the explain output for the query already available in log4j log.

This patch adds an option to log the EXPLAIN EXTENDED output after the query has been semantically analyzed. It re-uses ExplainTask code that prints the plan.
