[Issue 125374] Zoom in page preview using ctrl+mouse wheel do not work

Testing version 4.1.1 on my machine which has 64bit Windows 7, using control +
mouse wheel does scroll in on the preview, however it zooms in on the same
location each time which is the middle of the screen.
A better representation is by previewing a document with two pages and
performing the action. It will zoom in between the two pages.
