[jira] Created: (AXIS2-590) Please remove broken XMLUtils#xmlEncodeString(String orig)

Please remove broken XMLUtils#xmlEncodeString(String orig)
----------------------------------------------------------

         Key: AXIS2-590
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-590
     Project: Apache Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
        Type: Wish

  Components: core
    Reporter: Jens Schumann

While it seems unused right now the ported XMLUtils contain the old broken xmlEncode implementation from apache soap and early Axis 1 days. Please remove it since this one caused a lot of problems in the past (and should never ever used again;).
