Warning messages

Hi,

fop sends the following warning 
WARNING: this version of FOP only supports static-content in region-before
and region-after
even if the fo:static-content elements has an attribute
flow-name="region-before". I think the
warning should only appear when fo:static-content is really bound to a
region different from 
region-before and region-after?
