Tilman Hausherr resolved PDFBOX-4437.

Resolution: Fixed
I refactored the extra class into the main class because it's not used outside and to drop unused parts. Your name is also in the main class.
I'll likely remove the debug logging code too in a few months, I think it alreaady works very nicely but lets wait anyway.
