   Looking at the `shouldAllowBridgeAccess` function it just calls the `shouldAllowNavigation` that is handled by the allow list plugin. I don't see the issue looking at this now.
   
   Maybe this is a race condition with [my code](https://github.com/apache/cordova-android/pull/1275/files) that adds defaulst to the allow list?
