looking for a HBase consultant

Hello HBase Community-

My firm is looking for a Bay Area HBase consultant to vet our HBase 0.94.9 to 1.1.2 migration procedure.  Post-migration we'd like some help tuning our cluster for optimal performance and stability.  I expect the work (we know about) will involve several days of effort.
