> The SNAPSHOT function has a parameter `load_completed_condition` to specify the condition type to complete the loading phase. It can take two values `compile_time` and `user_time`.
> If the parameter is not specified, it defaults to `compile_time`.
> If `user_time` is specified, users also need to provide the `load_completed_time` parameter. Specifying 'load_completed_condition' => 'user_time' without specifying 'load_completed_time' is rejected.
> This means, we can completely drop 'load_completed_condition' and only decided for the 'user_time' configuration via the presence of 'load_completed_time'.
> Removing the 'load_completed_condition' parameter will make the SNAPSHOT function easier to use.
