I don't know who much bugs are missing, but it looks pretty weird.. I just did an assign to bug owner (the bug was not assigned to anyone) and that made it show up in the list.
The only problem is that the status is reset to NEW instead of REOPENED. 
So I guess this is just because this is a very old issue, without complete data or something like that.
