   ### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.
   
   Because glog depends on gflags-devel: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/glog/blob/rawhide/f/glog.spec#_14
   
   I think that it's a needless dependency. glog-devel needs gflags-devel but glog needs only gflags.
