Upload IUploadFile Tapestry 4 with glassfish

Hi all,
I am a newuser here.
I have a problem in using org.apache.tapestry.request.IUploadFile.
Its null when using glassfish application server.
But when I use tomcat its oke.
Please any suggest about this...
