Connecting to a cassandra instance w/ credentials

I was wondering - is it possible to connect usergrid to a cassandra
instance that's using credentials?  I looked up and down the configuration
and couldn't find anything.

That is indeed missing currently. I just added
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/USERGRID-243 for supporting this.
(Also created *-244 for tracking SSL in-flight, but that will be more
difficult).
