*Preconditions:*
 # environment is created

 

*Steps to reproduce:*
 # Click 'Manage environment'
 # Put in limit text box <.>, <->, <+>

 

*Actual result:*
 # There is no error message
 # 'Apply' button is enable

 

*Expected result:*
 # There is  error message. For example: 'The value should be an integer and can not contain letters, characters'
 # 'Apply' button is disabled
