Write access to XmlSchema SVN

Lawrence,
I get an SVN authorization failure when I try to commit to XmlSchema.  You
had a problem with write access to XmlSchema a while back that you resolved
as some form of configuration error in you SVN client (I think).  Can you
tell me how you resolved this problem?

I am using the same id/pw that I use for Woden. In Eclipse using the
Subclipse plugin I have configured the Repository Location with my id/pw
and checked out the project. When I try to commit I am prompted for id/pw
(which doesn't happen when I commit to Woden) so I enter the same id/pw but
get the failure shown below:
